SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to work closely with the Store Leader to ensure smooth store operations, strong results, and outstanding customer service. You will lead with emotional intelligence and a people‑first approach, shaping a culture focused on growth, trust, and meaningful connection.

You will own talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, building a pipeline of qualified candidates and coaching the team to deliver SKIMS standards and results across the
