People Experience Business Partner Manager (Santiago)

Job Description

The Commercial / People Experience Business Partner Manager is responsible to provide support to Commercial businesses and EF in Andean Cluster (Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia) ensuring the local delivery of all HR key services, talent management, coaching and projects in alignment with business strategies, local/corporate guidelines and global policies/procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies and ensure the implementation considering corporate guidelines and aligned to the business needs in Andean Cluster.
• Ensure implementation and delivery of the HR services for Andean Cluster, looking for efficiencies and resolving issues where applicable.
• Working closely with the Key stakeholders across the HR function to implement HR and business initiatives as well as creating an informal local and regional/integral HR network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in HR.
