People & Culture Systems Partner

Top Energy Group in the Far North is seeking a human resources professional who also loves systems. You will provide trusted HR advice and partnering support to managers and staff across our field services division, and oversee HRIS support, system enhancements, reporting, and analytics, including MYOB/PayGlobal, Elmo, dashboards, and people metrics to drive operational efficiency.

You will drive payroll processes and maintain people reporting tools to support informed decision-making.
