  • Lead end-to-end People & Culture operations, including employee records, P&C administration, employee relations, and P&C compliance.
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, employment contracts, and exit procedures.
  • Oversee Visa and Work permit applications, renewals, P&C documentation, performance appraisal tracking, and ensure compliance with immigration, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, training programs, and staff activities to strengthen workplace culture
  • Monitor market salary trends and recommend competitive compensation  and benefits packages to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Provide expertise in the Eagle System to support efficient P&C operations and system administration.
