People & Culture Generalist (Maternity Leave Replacement, Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Coca‑Cola Production Plant, San Bernardo, Chile.

Job Summary: Provide broad transactional support to managers and employees in People & Culture (P&C). Resolve first‑line problems and support employee requests across payroll, benefits, training, hiring and onboarding, and terminations. Provide Workday support for hiring, promotions, lateral moves and terminations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and communicate programs that align rewards with organizational goals.
• Manage local payroll, job description and evaluation system updates, rewards and recognition programs, employee benefits (healthcare, retirement, insurance, well‑being, and other local programs).
• Provide functional consulting to line management and People & Culture Director on mobility policies, programs and guidelines.
