About Us
Eterio Realities builds FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. We replace paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and growing, with a team of 30+ based in Victoria, BC.
We are hiring our first dedicated people and operations leader. This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada. It owns the employee lifecycle from job posting to offboarding, and the corporate record‑keeping that keeps a growing international software company organized, compliant, and ready for whatever comes next.
