Job Description
As **People Business Partner** **CEE** , you will be responsible for deploying and embedding the People strategy across the Central & Eastern Europe organization within Philips’ International Region. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, proactively supporting functional transformation by strengthening organizational capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture.
In this role, you will closely support the regional Management Team and provide People partnership for an organization of approximately 2000 employees across the CEE zone.
