We have an opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to join the Fletcher Construction team supporting the Eastern Busway Alliance. With project completion scheduled for , this role provides strong exposure to end to end HR activity on a major infrastructure project in Auckland.This is a fixed term role through to May , based full time at the Eastern Busway Alliance project office in Pakuranga.What you’ll be doing

Partner with Alliance leaders to support day to day people management, including performance, development and absence management, working closely with home companies.

Support the People & Culture Manager with end to end resourcing coordination, including recruitment approvals, position descriptions and engagement with home companies.

Coordinate effective onboarding and offboarding of Alliance staff, maintaining workforce plans and organisational charts.
