People Analytics Partner — HR Insights & AI

Sunrise is seeking a data-driven HR analytics expert to turn workforce data into strategic insights in a multinational, Swiss environment.

You'll own end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping to storytelling, using Python/R, PowerBI and Excel to forecast trends and influence people decisions across HR and Finance.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive experiments, and deliver scalable data products daily.
