Job Description
As a People Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will havea strong foundationin HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the People Partner – Advisory Lead, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies,proceduresand best practices.
This opportunity has arisen due to an internal secondment, reflecting our commitment to fostering career growth and development opportunities for our people, therefore is available as an initial 12month contract.
This role will work across our West Perth and Joondalup offices.
