The Operation Supervisor is responsible for assisting the upper management of the Company to ensure effective and efficient of the organization operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
• Do projects' site visits, meeting and manage operation matters related to workers/clients at site projects.
• Must be able to do outside work (go to bank/ government office, sites, etc.)
• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Min requirement of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Administrative/Marketing/Supervisory or any related field
• Experience in Cleaning Services Industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Leadership Skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge in MS office /Excel/ Internet
