Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA). This role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade PEGA solutions across multiple client engagements, providing technical leadership from discovery through to delivery. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, owning architecture decisions, ensuring best practice implementation, and supporting delivery teams in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of scalable, reusable PEGA architectures across client engagements.
• Define solution frameworks aligned to PEGA best practices and guardrails.
• Translate business requirements into robust, enterprise‑level technical solutions.

Client Engagement

• Act as the technical authority in client‑facing situations.
• Run architecture workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder briefings.
