They are building their Primary Care Clinics as well as a Multispecialty clinic with Specialists to serve these underserved communities. In addition they cover several Long Care Facilities/Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area.

Collaborate with other Physicians, APP's, healthcare professionals to form a high performing med team.

Employed
Monday - Friday 40 hours / week, option to pick up additional shifts
Outpatient
Supervise APP s - option

Option for full time or part time (minimum 2 days / week)
Option for to 1099

Benefits:

• MGMA base salary 250k - 315k plus RVU
