Requirements
- Active medical license (cédula profissional) with the Ordem dos Médicos, valid to prescribe independently;
- Clinical experience in pediatrics, ideally including early childhood;
- Strong written communication skills — clear, warm, and reassuring through a digital chat interface;
- Available for rotating shift coverage , including evenings and weekends, as part of 24/7 coverage;
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken), as all member interactions are in Portuguese.
