The RN in the PCU provides nursing care using the nursing process in line with hospital standards and unit policies to monitor and evaluate patient functional status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support patient discharge with appropriate referrals.
