The Private Bank Lending Specialist BB delivers exceptional service and support to Relationship Managers and their high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring a seamless lending experience from application through closing. This role operates with a strong focus on operational execution, loan processing, financial analysis, and meticulous quality control.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Partner closely with the Relationship Manager and the client to identify lending needs and propose appropriate credit solutions.
+ Conduct thorough analysis of client financials to determine loan eligibility and support underwriting recommendations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties throughout the lending transaction once transitioned from the RM, while ensuring the RM remains fully informed.
