HR/Payroll Clerk
Cowell Steel Structures, LLC, is a growing steel building manufacturing business located in Pottsville, Arkansas. We are seeking a qualified individual to fill an HR/Payroll Clerk position. The ideal candidate for this position would be initiative-taking, organized and detail oriented. This person will be required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workloads as well as provide administrative support to the accounting supervisor and other team members of the accounting department.
SKILLS NEEDED
Knowledge of payroll and HR fundamentals
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to generate and understand spreadsheet data
Strong math skills
High degree of accuracy with diligence
Excellent data entry skills – experience with ERP systems is a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective organization and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding enviro...
