Payroll Technician | 35h flexible | Hybrid

Your daily role
- Manage the complete payroll cycle
- Process employee movements (hiring, departure, promotions, etc.)
- Handle employment records, submissions, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance (laws, agreements, benefits)
- Answer employee questions (and become the payroll reference)
- Collaborate with HR and participate in process improvement
- A key, concrete role where your expertise makes a real difference
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of payroll experience
- Good mastery of the complete cycle
- Experience in a unionized or construction environment (big plus)
- Bilingualism (FR/EN) (written)
