• Execute and supervise weekly and monthly payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate attendance, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other variable payroll concepts.
• Review, approve, and execute final payroll, including severance payments and settlements.
• Calculate and process PTU, 13th month salary, savings fund, and annual tax calculations.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and payroll regulations (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, CFDI).
