+ Process bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across Canada and the U.S.
+ Validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
+ Assist with year-end and statutory reporting, such as T4s, W-2s, and accruals.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
+ Import, balance, and validate timekeeping data into payroll systems.
+ Process pensions, RRSP/401(k), and employer contributions.
