We're looking for a
Philippines-based Payroll Specialist
with
hands-on experience supporting Australian payroll
. This role supports an Australian accounting firm and requires strong working knowledge of Australian payroll rules — not just data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Australian payroll for multiple clients/entities
• Process payroll using
  Employment Hero Payroll (KeyPay)
• Apply Fair Work Award rules, including overtime, penalties, and allowances
• Manage leave accruals and termination pay calculations
• Prepare and submit
  Single Touch Payroll (STP)
  reports
• Process and reconcile superannuation, payroll tax, and WorkCover
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
