Payroll Specialist - Payroll Transformation

For an international technology organization delivering large-scale digital and operational transformation programs, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a payroll transformation initiative in Poland. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in the transition to a new payroll vendor and processes, ensuring smooth migration, accurate payroll delivery, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be involved in critical project phases including go-live and hypercare, while also contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
