We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for Europe. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll compliance with company policies and local labor and tax regulations while supporting process improvements and delivering a positive employee experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Process payroll accurately and on schedule in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
+ Review and validate timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure payroll data is complete and accurate.
+ Audit payroll registers before funding and perform periodic audits to maintain payroll accuracy.
+ Provide training and support to employees on the Time & Attendance (T&A) system.
