Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and carry out clerical functions connected with processing payroll documents and maintaining master payroll records.
- Execute and deliver the payroll according to the agreed schedule with clients.
- Check and verify the payroll reports and minimize errors to produce a high‑quality service to customers.
- Be primarily responsible for customer payroll activities, update the data archive (softcopy & hardcopy) and ensure accuracy of results.
- Manage and advise customers on payroll related inquiries, including Human Resource practice.
- Effectively elevate operational issues to higher‑level management for resolution.
- Provide the best‑fit services to customers through defined processes, meeting all SLA requirements and familiar with ISAE 3402.
