+ Process new hires using ADP Onboarding.
+ Manage employee transactions through ADP Employee Self-service, including terminations, salary changes, direct deposit setup, address changes, and tax withholding updates.
+ Understand and process wage garnishments and withholding orders.
+ Handle Draw vs. Commission payroll processing.
+ Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
+ Prepare manual checks and handle direct deposit reversals/deletions.
