Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage global payroll operations across direct employees, EORs, and contractors, ensuring timely and compliant pay cycles.
- Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, and equity-related taxable events.
- Perform payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP (GL) reconciliations to support month-end close.
- Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems through regular reconciliations and exception reviews.
- Support audits and external advisors by providing accurate and well-documented operational data.
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to strengthen compensation infrastructure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering international equity plans (e.g., RSUs, stock options, taxable events).
- Experience managing global payroll operations via Deel or similar global payroll platforms.
