Job Description
Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Bolingbrook, Illinois on a contract basis with the potential for a long-term opportunity. This role is ideal for a payroll specialist who can manage complex, high-volume payroll operations with accuracy across multiple states. The position focuses on end-to-end payroll administration, union-related payroll processing, and resolving payroll tax discrepancies while supporting a large employee population.
Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate pay each cycle.
• Administer multi-state payroll activities, including proper earnings, deductions, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
