About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Payroll Specialist to independently manage payroll operations in Colombia with precision, compliance, and strong coordination across HR and Finance.This is not a data-entry role.
We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of the payroll cycle — ensuring legal compliance, resolving employee inquiries with confidence, and building structured, repeatable processes as the function continues to scale. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience, works autonomously, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable handling confidential information.
