We are looking for a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This role is key
to ensuring accurate payroll execution, full compliance with Colombian labor regulations, and a
smooth onboarding experience for our employees.

What you will do
Payroll Management
Process payroll accurately and on time (monthly, biweekly, or as applicable).
Manage payroll adjustments such as overtime, surcharges, Sunday and holiday pay, bonuses, and commissions.
Calculate and audit payroll provisions (severance, severance interest, bonuses, vacations).
Ensure correct and timely payments to employees and government entities.
Manage social security contributions (health, pension, ARL, compensation fund).
Support government and regulatory requirements, including UGPP inquiries.
