This role suits someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, reliable insights — using advanced Excel to support the payroll function through data modelling, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate payroll data across multiple systems
• Build cost and scenario models (pay rises, overtime, allowances, superannuation)
• Reconcile payroll outputs to the general ledger
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management and leadership
• Support audits and compliance checks with clean, well-structured data
