Payroll Project Admin (12-Month Term)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to join a large‑scale payroll transformation project supporting the conversion from SAP to Dayforce. This 12‑month term role focuses on project‑based payroll conversion, testing, validation, process improvement, and steady‑state operations.

Responsibilities

• Support conversion of payroll processing from SAP to Dayforce, including data validation, parallel testing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the new payroll platform.
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.
• Perform employee master data processing while consistently meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLA).
• Provide payroll customer service to HR Business Partners, Franchise Operators, people leaders, and employees.
