Payroll & P&O Specialist (Mexico City)

Novartis seeks a Payroll and P&O professional in Mexico City to support development and improvement of payroll processes and services. You will coordinate data analysis for effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of payroll functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of payroll/tax experience in Mexico, with strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills, and fluent English. Workday and SAP experience is desirable.
