Payroll Operations & Compliance Specialist

Donaldson is seeking a skilled Pre-Payroll Specialist to manage pre-payroll processes, ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, and support payroll-related HR functions. You will maintain employee data and collaborate with the HR team on projects and training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or related field, 3+ years in large organizations, and proficiency with HR systems (IDSE, Tress, SAP, Workday). English at an upper-intermediate level is required.
