Supporting a workforce of approximately 1,800 employees across Australia and New Zealand, this role offers the opportunity to drive payroll governance, workforce analytics and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing team. The Opportunity Reporting into the Head of People Services APAC, you will take ownership of payroll oversight across ANZ, ensuring compliance, accuracy and strong governance while providing valuable workforce and labour cost insights to the wider business.
