We’re partnering with a well‑established professional services organization to hire a Payroll & HR Manager to support both payroll and core HR functions in a hands‑on capacity.
This is a key role within a collaborative, stable team, with one direct report. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning payroll end‑to‑end while also being involved in broader HR operations. You’ll step into a well‑run environment with strong leadership and have the opportunity to build on existing processes while making them your own over time.
The role is fully in‑office downtown Edmonton.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full‑cycle payroll for employees across the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Administer payroll changes including new hires, terminations, salary updates, benefits, and deductions
