Our client seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll / HR Associate to support payroll operations through accurate data entry, employee record updates, and timecard processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, strong accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced payroll team. You will play a key role in ensuring employee time and payroll data is entered correctly and maintained in compliance with company policies and payroll deadlines.


Payroll Data Entry & Processing

+ Enter employee timecards accurately into payroll systems

+ Input and update employee payroll data (new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions)

+ Verify timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy

+ Assist with processing weekly/bi-weekly payroll cycles

Record Maintenance

+ Maintain and update employee payroll files and system records
