Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client Strada engagement, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
• Provide guidance for all implementations and go-lives.
• Maintain and update the Client Solution workbook and documented processes, including Defined Work Instructions (DWI).
• Review Statements of Work before sharing with the client to ensure fit for purpose.
• Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team, ensuring tickets are logged with necessary details.
• Manage the legislation roadmap, keep the team upskilled for upcoming changes, and update processes as needed.
• Support Year End processes.
