This Payroll Coordinator role is primarily focused on hourly payroll processing, attendance tracking, payroll compliance, and employee support within a manufacturing plant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for ~950 hourly employees
- Managing time punches and attendance records
- Handling payroll deductions, garnishments, and accruals
- Supporting SOX compliance controls
- Assisting employees with payroll-related questions
- Working with payroll data, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Coordinating with Finance, HR, and plant operations
