Payroll Coordinator - DOE, up to £30,000 - Permanent - Syston - Full-time - Office Based

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful and well-established business based in Syston. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join the team, where you will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll systems, and supporting managers with HRIS and payroll processes.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent exclusive staff benefits and discounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Preparing detailed payroll reports for management, finance teams and audits
  • Producing statutory reports for HMRC and pension providers
  • Completing monthly payroll audits and supporting year-end reporting (P60, P11D)
