Below are the key responsibilities for this role:
- Assisting in the development of our in‑house payroll calculation engine.
- Explaining standard pay components and how they are managed concerning tax, social security, and other statutory deductions.
- Providing details on local payroll and labor law compliance.
- Keeping us updated on changes in country laws related to tax and statutory deductions.
- Supporting client and prospect calls by addressing queries about country payroll.
- Providing language support for payroll‑related client calls.
- Offering on‑the‑ground support for compliance activities and client visits as needed.
