Overview
The Global Services and Delivery team will influence the Employee Experience by ensuring that every interaction with employees across all global locations is consistent and authentic.
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for handling pre-payroll incidents for all legal entities in Mexico, supporting MYBRP facilitators, assisting auditors, and providing support during month-end and year-end processes, reporting, and payment requests.
Experience And Education
Bachelor's degree in an administrative or financial field
At least three years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills, And Certifications
Knowledge of regulations and laws (Tax Law, Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, IMSS, Local Taxes)
Strong accounting principles related to payroll processing
Ability to research, analyze, and retrieve data to maintain complex payroll records
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
