Payroll Analyst

HireArt is helping our client find a Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll operations while supporting month-end close activities under the guidance of the senior payroll manager. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience related to payroll.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll processing within a fast-paced environment. You have a strong understanding of payroll compliance, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with both employees and internal stakeholders.

As a Payroll Analyst, you'll:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, timecard validation, and payroll distribution.

Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner....
