Fixed Term Position until 30 December 2024

64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE)

In this role you will provide administration support to our Payroll Data Analyst and Payroll Systems Specialist in executing system changes, analysing data, researching entitlement enquiries and responding to many and varied queries in relation to implementation of the many contracts Te Whatu Ora staff are employed under.

Previous experience in a payroll, administrative or IT role is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage payroll implementation queries responding to routine requests
  • Assist with the distribution of pay run reports including deduction schedules
