• Monitor and manage critical payment systems and escalate issues
• Handle incident response professionally and efficiently
• Support escalated incidents alongside Senior Analyst
• Take on Shift Lead responsibilities as needed
• Maintain excellent service standards for external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French
• Three years of relevant operations support experience
• Availability for shifts, including overtime
• Completion of background checks needed
