Payment Operations Manager - Local Payment Methods

**About the Role**The Local Payment Methods Team within Global Payments is responsible for the Portfolio of Local and Alternative Payment Methods, prioritizing a seamless and comprehensive user experience, as well as cost optimization across the platform.As Payment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, performance, feature development and management of Local Payment Methods across Uber's Platform in different regions (including US & Canada, LATAM and EMEA).
You will work closely with several cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Data Science to:- Define the strategy of the Payment Method Portfolio across different markets- Lead the implementation of New Payment Methods, defining operational guidelines, go-to-market strategies and baseline performance metrics- Track the performance of Local Payment Methods, including industry benchmarking on KPIs- Ensure the correct operation / user experience of Payment Methods- Explore UX impro...
