About the Role Garena is looking for a Payment Lead to own the payment channel strategy across Spanish-speaking LATAM. You will map the regional payment landscape, close integration agreements with payment partners, and work with product and engineering to get those integrations live — directly improving checkout conversion and monetization across markets. Responsibilities Define and execute the payment channel strategy for Spanish LATAM markets (MX, CO, AR, PE, CL and others) Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with PSPs, digital wallets, cash networks, telco billing providers, and BNPL partners Lead end-to-end implementation of payment integrations in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams Analyze transaction funnels to identify conversion opportunities and drive ARPU growth Manage regional payment budgets and track performance against revenue targets Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on LATAM payments — translating complexity into clear business de...
