Payment Analyst

As a Payment Analyst in our External Expert Engagement Services (E3S) team, you'll ensure every payment to Healthcare Professionals and External Experts is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time so scientific and medical teams can stay focused on patients. You'll join a forward‑looking GBS community that simplifies processes, leverages data, and scales smarter ways of working across the business.

• Payment Execution & Timeliness: Process accurate, compliant payments to External Experts and patients on schedule, minimizing delays that impact scientific and medical engagements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business owners and medical communications agencies to collect, validate and maintain all documentation and data needed to support each payment.
