Job Description
- Greet customers and provide information about pawnshop services and policies.
- Appraise items such as jewelry, electronics, and other valuables to determine loan value.
- Process pawn, loan, and redemption transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Maintain records of inventory and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Ensure the pawnshop is clean, organized, and secure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of appraising items such as jewelry and electronics (training can be provided).
- Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
