Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Asphalt Paving field operations, coordinate with owners and general contractors, and organize crews and sub-contractors.
• Ensure contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, in compliance with specifications and customer expectations; provide accurate revenue and cost information to accounting; review invoices and cost reports prior to release.
• Develop and maintain the capabilities of the GVA operations organization to increase construction revenue and profitability; coach and mentor direct reports; promote agility, collaboration, and empowerment.
• Participate in the Paving and Milling business unit functions as described.
