Responsibilities
- Oversee daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinate with owners and general contractors, and organize crews and sub-contractors.
- Ensure contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with specifications and customer expectations.
- Provide accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff in a timely manner and review invoices and cost reports prior to release.
- Develop and maintain capabilities of the GVA operations organization to increase construction revenue and profitability; coach and mentor direct reports and promote agility, collaboration, and empowerment.
